Online Grievance Module for defence pensioners has become operative since 17 Oct 2017. Various steps have been taken to improve the system. Further to make it more user - friendly, a feedback system to monitor satisfaction level as well as quality of disposal has also been implemented; through which a feedback call goes to the complainant.
